EXPRESS SHIPPING INFORMATION
The ease of receiving plants through Plant mail is so exciting! We Express ship all plants via Australia Post services and ship on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY to NON Quarantine states and territories only (Feel free to email me if you are prepared to arrange and pay for concierge service).
Payment options Currently available are:
PAYPAL/PAYID/OSKO TRANSFER/EFTPOS (AFTERPAY for in store pick ups or local deliveries only)
Express shipping costs will be discussed when purchasing the plant and is based on size/weight/dimensions of the plant purchased. quoted prices on each product are a quote based on shipping the plant bare rooted. IF you wish to have the plant shipped in its pot, this will need to be requested and only possible with plants potted in 125mm or smaller, this will also dramatically increase the shipping cost due to soil weight.
The costs are inclusive of boxes/materials involved in the packing process.
Each plant is packed securely and with great care and can have photos sent to you on request.
Tracking numbers will be provided the afternoon of your package being shipped.
All express post packages have $100 of insurance included in cost, IF you wish to cover a higher value amount, please let me know PRIOR to shipping day and this can be accommodated at buyers' additional expense.
SHIPPING TIMES
- USUALLY from day package is shipped to delivery Australia wide, arrival times are 1-5 days
- I pack all plants either bare rooted (Roots or nodes wrapped carefully in damp paper towel and Ziplock bag)or in pots depending on sizes, and pack in a way that even IF your plant were to be delayed, they will happily survive for up to a week or more but I am not responsible for any potential delays/damages or loses by Australia post, once the package leaves my hands it is out of my control so please go through Australia post channels with your tracking information to follow up.
** All express post packages have UP to $100 cover included in cost, IF you wish to add higher covered value please let me know PRIOR to shipping day as it can be added for additional fee to buyer (Fee is currently $2.50 per additional $100 of value but this is subject to change by Aus post)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
- Refunds and Returns are made at my discretion on a case-by-case basis
BUT
Returns are offered if and when
- You get your purchase home and it doesn't fit in the space you can return within 12 hours for different pot/planter of equal value assuming purchase it returned it original condition.
- Pot doesn't match decor/colours you thought when purchasing, an exchange can be made within 12 hours and in its original condition, you can exchange something for equal value or higher.
- Within 12 hours of purchase you notice the plant is unhealthy and can return it within that time frame an exchange will be offered for another plant of equal value or refund/store credit.
Returns/Refunds are
NOT accepted for the following reasons
- While in your care for over 24 hours and plants health declines
- Once in your care the plant has been treated by or with products that could have contributed to health of plant.
-Plant has been repotted and since declines in health.
- Change of mind AFTER 12 hours.
- So please inspect all purchases PRIOR to taking home or requesting detailed photos if you have selected Shipping.
**Please also do your research on the plants that you purchase or plan on purchasing as once they are in your care they are your responsibility, we all lose a few at least but it is not due to sellers failure or responsibility.
